Our US-East region experienced elevated error rates and service degradation due to a major incident affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The disruption originated from a widespread AWS infrastructure failure that affected core services. Our systems’ dependency on these AWS services led to temporary unavailability for some workloads.

We are conducting a comprehensive review of our regional resilience and failover mechanisms to further enhance our ability to mitigate third-party infrastructure incidents.

All systems are operating normally.
