Due to a Docker Hub outage, a cluster resize operation failed, preventing new nodes from being provisioned. This resulted in several services becoming inaccessible. The outage directly impacted the login service, some rate-limited API endpoints, and push notifications in the us-east region. The RTO was 40 minutes, and no personal data was affected.
